Essays, photos and short videos in English, French or Spanish are accepted until February 22, 2009 on www.essaycompetition.org.

Awards: 3000 USD, 2000 USD, 1000 USD and more.
Finalists will participate in the Annual Bank Conference on Development Economics (ABCDE: www.worldbank.org/abcde) in Seoul, Korea.
