YVG Retreat

Budget for next year has been granted!

[Jun 29, 2007] YVG members were today notified that the group was granted a budget for the next fiscal year, which starts on July 1st 2007. The group has, thanks to its quick growth and adaptation,as well as early successes justified its existence and the trust of the World Bank Office employees who decided to support it in its future endevours.   The remaining money from the old budget was invested, as planned into printing the group and World Bank brochures which will be used in activities that...  more...

Report on Rome conference

[May 21, 2007] In Rome from the 21st to the 24th of May 2007 the World Bank and the Italian Ministry of Foreign Affairs organized a conference entitled “Youth in Europe and Central Asia – From Policy to Action”. Director of the World Bank Office in Serbia at the YVG meeting

[May 11, 2007] Mrs. Carolyn Junger, the chairman of the World Bank Office in Serbia was a special guest at the Youth Voices meeting held on the 11th of May 2007.   Mrs Junger got a chance to get better acquinted with the work of the group, ideas and plans of its members. ISTANBUL - Youth Voices Groups Retreat

[Apr 30, 2007] Istanbul was home to the Youth Voices Conference on the 28th and 29th of April, where young people from Europe and Asia got a chance to meet. Over 100 participants from Bosnia and Herzegovina, Macedonia, Moldava, Georgia, Turkey, Kosovo, Albania and Serbia met for the first time at a conference of this sort in order to trade experiences and open up roads to future colaboration.   The conference consisted of two parts. First “Youth Voices” (YVG) meeting held in Serbia

[Mar 24, 2007] The first meeting of the Group was held on Saturday, 24th of March 2007 at 13h in the World Bank office in Belgrade.
