WORK EXPERIENCE: 2007. 1. Coordinator of the World Bank-Youth Voices Group Serbia, The World Bank Country Office in Serbia. 2. National Ambassador for Serbia and Montenegro on behalf of Generation of Europe SA and GE foundation from Brussels; 3. Member of National drafting committee for “National Youth strategy in Serbia” - working group for employment, Ministry of the Youth and Sport of the Republic of Serbia. 2006. 1. Trainer for Center for development of civil society “MileniuM” on project “First step towards career” in Belgrade. 2. Regional market-research Manager for East BiH region, Growth from Knowledge (GfK) Sarajevo. Direct supervision for 17-members team. Responsibility for regional market research processes. 2. Project manager and coordinator of the Third Upper Drina International youth conference. 3. Main coordinator of the Upper Drina Youth Council, which was one of the most developed NGO networks in BiH. I was on this position for two years and six months. 4. Coordinator of the project “Youth and local authorities” for Podrinje region (more than 15 municipalities) on behalf Helsinki Citizen’s Assembly. 2003. 1. Project coordinator ion behalf VišegradMunicipality for realization of international project with Sicilian humanitarian organization. Project budget was 50 000€ and I had absolute financial and implementative responsibility. 2. Project manager and coordinator of the Second Upper Drina Youth International Conference. 2002. 1. Elected for first president of the Youth Council Višegrad. I have established organization structure and sustainability of the organization in financial and material dimension. 2. Project coordinator of the First Upper Drina Youth Conference. Responsibility for the implementation of the biggest youth event in BiH in the 2002. Directing 8-members multinational implementation team. 3. Translator for the OSCE Mission to BiH for the elections held 2002. Other notes: I am member and competitor of INSTITUTIO ORHATORIA, institute for rhetoric on Belgrade faculty of Law. From 2001. I have passed more than 100 different seminars in the country and abroad and implemented more than 20 local and regional projects. I have cooperated with many international and national political and business institutions, such as British Embassy, American Embassy, French Embassy, OSCE, OHR, UNDP, CARE, Council of Europe, SFOR, Government of BiH (Ministry for Economic cooperation, Ministry for Youth and Sport), Municipalities of the Upper Drina Region, Municipality of Indija, IRC, GfK AWARDS: 1. I have become Fellow of the German foundation-Konrad Adenauer Shtiftung within the political leaders’ scholarship program. 2007/08. 2. I have achieved 2nd place on the Balkan Case Challenge/Law Moot Court competition, where I was team captain /2007. 3. I have achieved reward for 1st place on the famous, traditional rhetoric competition, held on Belgrade Faculty of Law, in category of given speech topic / 2006. 4. I have been twice rewarded from Belgrade Faculty of Law, for excellent achievements in studying and knowledge getting. / 2005; 2007. 5. I have been rewarded with special award for the essay “Young people on labor market in Serbia” by the Network for improvement of Business sector and Slovakian Government. / 2007.
